Either way parts included or no it seems a bit steep provided you are just doing stock parts and not some crazy over kill clutch.

stock clutch and pressure plate can be had for under $300
Throw in a couple more bucks to have your flywheel turned or at least checked for this job I would figure you have under $500 in parts.

For a garage mechanic (someone working for cash in their own home garage) this job should be around $500 or less.
For a shop I could see that stretching up around $800-$1000 depending on their overhead costs.
