No, we don't get a base salary. It's a commission only job. No, we don't get the 800 dollars. We get anywhere from 15-40% of the gross profit of a deal.
If there isn't any gross in the deal, you will generaly get a "flat" commission anywhere from 75-350 per car depending on how many cars you sell.
If this was an "easy" job everyone would do it. There's months I've made 600 and months I've made 6k. It just depends on the amount of cars sold and the amount of gross you have.
