Here's the headlight harness pinout for a '13 BRZ.
White = Turn signal +
Green = Boomerang LED +
Thin Black = Common Ground
Yellow = High beam +
Red = Low beam +
Thick Black = Low beam ground
Blue = High beam ground
You will need to tap your hi beam input connector into the YELLOW and BLUE wires.
As for the stock fogs, if you didn't have any, look at the fog installation howto to get the wiring details.
