True. The higher mileage actually helps in this case.
I'm around 23k and I'm actually nervous as my mileage goes up, that I'm going to have a major engine issue/failure at like 35-40k
Out of warranty now and don't know what to do.

Seems counter intuitive to think that the risk of failure from the know issues actually goes down with miles but it happens. There are loads of 13s out there that never had one of the issues.
