After 112,000 miles I just had to replace my low beam bulbs. Oddly enough, this is the first time in all my years of driving I was actually driving the car when the bulb gave up the ghost. Usually its one of those things where I notice it in the rear of someone's car some day and don't really know when it happened.

Unfortunately I had to go with what I could get today since I drive quite a bit at night this time of year. So I replaced them with Sylvania H11 Silverstar Ultras. Easy replacement (took me longer to find a glove than it did to actually change them). I can definitely tell a difference in the lighting.

I had considered going the LED route, but since I needed them today, it wasn't really an option, plus all the ones I see online seem sketchy at best.

It was the passenger side that burned out although I replaced both. Maybe its just my luck but I can't recall a single time that the driver's side light has burned out on me first.
