heres what i did... i used Allen key to remove screw and pulled out the spring inside with a thin screw driver (i had already grease spring previous to pic). i greased the shit out of it with wheel bearing grease the super thick kind. the first time i pullout spring it was completely dry.

also note that when you grease the spring and thread the screw back in place grease will come out of the holes where the lock out attaches to the shifter when you pull up on the reverse lock out. i just kept pulling up on the lockout until no grease came out.

in my opinion its 1000 times better i mean there is still some noise at like 7k but i can live with it. hope this helps guys!
