You should add that the rear "diffuser" is now integrated into the bumper itself, so the add-on piece is no longer available.

It's actually quite meaningful, because you two are talking about same things but talking past each other.
2013-16 had a factory add-on optional item that was called a diffuser.
For 2017+ this was integrated into the bumper. If you want to be accurate you could ask if there were any rear bumper extension parts.
