Another way to learn is go to open drift lounge and just go into view mode and see some good drifters drift. How throttle control & brake timing & etc can be seen in view mode. |
See if I got the sequence corrected for braking drift:
1. brake into the corner, but not too much
2. turn the steering and brake a little bit to make the rear tires slip
3. once slip, gentlely counter-steer (1/3 to the left using controller?) and press and hold the gas
4. maintain the counter-steer angle and gas level until exiting the corner
does this sound alright?
