@yanfoo It's not about being a know-it-all. It's about understanding the world doesn't have the same perception of what's expensive. There are plenty of other cars I'd like to get into, but can't because they're too expensive for me. Doesn't mean that @Tcoat or @humfrz would agree with me that those cars are expensive, since I know @Tcoat is looking at Jaguar F-Types. Hell, even for me, when I bought this car, it was a bit more than I wanted to spend, but since then, I've received one raise that was 15% of my yearly salary in 2015, then a raise that was 12% this past year. My perception has changed drastically since buying my FRS in December 2014.

I'm talking about the MAJORITY of people. The majority is NOT looking at F-Types but more at Hyundais & Kias...

Your situation isn't the same, I get it, but the average salary income around the world isn't ok with BMWs and such.

Just take a look when driving around, I see a lot more used POS than cars over 30 000$. And the other thing is most of these are leased, so no, not many people can afford a new one in this price range.
