Has anyone tried installing the Skene Design kit on a FR-S (2013)?

Not sure if it'll work since the lip above the grill doesn't extend too far but I'm leaning towards center mounting my plate after having it off for a while (currently have a cheap relocation kit that has the plate off to the side)...
