Given the wide range of gas available and what people do to their cars, I have no idea what the IAM distribution is. 99% of people don't know or care.
Given that the car is still learning the fuel trims, I wouldn't worry about that.
I wouldn't expect any misfires, but again, you were still early in the learning stage.
