Pretty much any chinese brand keyboard off Amazon will do the trick for you, until you figure out some more specific wants/needs.
I have a Logitech G502 mouse and I couldn't be any more in love with a mouse. It's a bit pricey, but is easily worth the money. I stepped up from a $25 mouse and couldn't believe the difference.
Also, hell yeah for hotel battlestations
