Potential Immobilizer Issue?

I tried starting the car this morning and it hesitated for couple seconds before firing up. Then all the lights started blinking for 20-30 seconds and went away. I put it in gear, drove it a couple yards and the horn came on. I thought it might be the tune so I re-flash it (OFT Stg2-E85). Now it's completely dead and won't even crank. Car's got about 70k miles.

Took this video before I re-flash and completely killed it.. BTW, there's no alarm system. I was meant to say "immobilizer unit"

Things I've done so far:

1.) Unplugged/checked battery and it's got good voltage, and clean connection
2.) All fuses are good
3.) Both keys are good
