Right now, the only way is to order them JDM or EUDM, but I'd wait a couple months as they're an incoming option for the FR-S. So you'll be able to pick them up from a dealer/parts supplier.
As for fit, they will. You'll have to remove the existing cover and replace with the fog housing and light itself. The hard part is the switch to turn them on since your dash doesn't likely have the button and will require cutting and running of wires, etc. Unless you pay someone to install it for you, then you just have to worry about bank.
