I haven't bought anything from tire rack yet, but had a Whiteline eccentric camber bolt lying around when I installed lockout washers on my Koni's. For kicks, I installed the eccentrics first and measured. It was more than three degrees.
I personally don't imagine wanting quite that much camber.
