I know this has been going on since the start of time, but after all these years has anyone come up with a trick to get the side markers to stay in place?
I've been using 3M double-sided tape for a while but am tired of having to fix the tape every week or so (long bumpy commute)...
*I was originally missing the "A " clip on one side marker so I ordered another pair but after adding the clip the light was still loose. Somewhere in the process of jigging things around a "B" or "C" clip fell off and I got so frustrated I ended up reinstalling with whatever clips I still had and tape
(best part was I found the "missing" clip after reinstall)
**Going to try gorilla double sided tape when I get the chance but doubt it'll make too much of a difference.

Drilled a hole in the side marker and slid a toothpick into it, the toothpick is still there - but the top of the side marker keeps popping out.
