That's creepy I was thinking the exact same thing.

The pups should have been around to drive new cheap cars in the 70/80, now that was fun.

With modern manufacturing processes and safety requirements every modern vehicle available will serve the basic function of getting you from A to B comfortable and safely. Many of them will do it better than a TWIN for a lot less cash.

They might not drive like a sports car however the people that buy them are ecstatic about that.
