IMHO for me I would never buy the same car if there were serious issues in getting it repaired by the dealership. This coworker was so afraid of our boss to ask for time off of work to get her car repaired. Because she spent 3 years taking the damn car back to the dealership for repairs. It became the laughing joke about her Buick. I never said I didn't care for Buick.
