You're looking at potentially 20-30whp depending on the setup and tune. If noise is the issue I recommend you look at the ACE laguna 90 catback. I have the ACE CS400 header/OP, HKS dual resonated FP, and the Ace laguna 90 and my exhaust is nice and quiet when DDing, and with no cat restrictions.
