If the rep you spoke to had attitude over the phone, then I can see your point in why you felt that way.
I've never ordered from 86speed and have no affiliation with them. A lot of these distributors drop ship items directly from the manufacture though and don't store everything at their own location. Sometimes things happen, and it sucks. That's why communication is key, and the lack of it from them, in this instance, caused more issue.
I order most of my stuff from the same people I've been ordering from for years, specifically because their communication is awesome.
