Also why are you getting so butthurt over my part price comments? Its pretty simple: I'm used to paying a lot less for equally well made parts for my mustang. ALSO i'm used to being able to drive up the road and get the part same day. This all has to be ordered. I mean these are facts. It was a little shocking to see the 350$ prices yesterday.

Phew you guys get triggered pretty easy around here
Your timing was just bad because you came in on the tail of another guy that has already been mentioned.

I am glad you mentioned the Mustang because it gives a better reference point that "work car". No doubt you understand that price depends on mass production. There are probably 30,000 Mustangs out there for every Twin. The Mustang is so common that you can indeed drive down to the corner parts store and pick up parts. The Twins not so much. Many of those parts store parts are mass produced aftermarket parts and they can be made cheap because of the volumes. Many of the parts in the Twins are dedicated to the very small production runs and nobody is interested in making cheap aftermarket stuff for them because they just simply would not sell enough to be worthwhile. This is simple economics. These parts will never be as inexpensive as Mustang parts.

Nobody here was butthurt" and it is pretty ironic that you were so triggered by people you claim were triggered.

Edit: I didn't read far enough before replying. So... What Mav said.
