As far as Betty and Wilma, well I believe that is just from their "Car Hop" song performance where they expound that "our burgers can't be beat because we grind our own meat", resulting from Fred and Barney purchasing a drive-in without telling their significant others.

It is indeed but we have already established that ribs are a staple of the drive in so they would need to be capable of lifting them. The other waitresses are clear different people.
I guess another explanation is that The Great Gazoo was using a device to assist the waitress while she was carrying them. Doesn't seem to be his style though.
