Well, now, I'm sure you are "feeling" some of the early stages:

Stumbling down some unfamiliar steps (looking back and swearing they are a non-standard rise and depth).

Squat down to do something ...... and fall over backwards (blamed it on your slippers)

Returning to bed after peeing at night and run into the foot of the bed (thinking the wife must have moved it).

Getting out of your twin and your left leg almost buckles (you blame it on the jerk that parked to close to you - so you couldn't get the door all the way open).

Starting to stand on a chair to reach something, then deciding to go get a step ladder.

Jump up quickly from sitting ..... then reach for something to stabilize yourself.

Start to jump up to grab something off a store shelf ..... and realize you can't jump anymore.

Jump up on a 10 speed bicycle, then stop and decide a helmet might be a good idea.

Noticing and admiring old men's canes.

On the brighter side, if you had been trained in the military to do a PLF (Parachute Landing Fall) or a combat roll ....... that training will automatically kick in.

THAT'S ALL FOR NOW
