I'm selling my old armrest. There is no drilling required, it sits in the center console with your cup holders. It is not real leather but has a decent finish. There is some sun damage and it started to pull up a tiny bit around the sides but it is not noticeable once it's sitting on the center area. I can ship or do a local pick up.
