Oh sorry I was wrong! The max is 60 hours.
(i) the employee’s hours of work in a work week do not exceed any of,
(i) the number of hours specified in the application,
(ii) the number of hours specified in the agreement, and
(iii) 60 hours. 2004, c. 21, s. 4
That is a TOTAL of 60 hours not 60 hours OT. It is against the fucking law.
How can you work 16 hours a day for a week and still have 11 consecutive hours off each day and 24 off within a 7 day period?
My grasp of the rules is fine. Your distorting of them (and probably reality) is faulty.
