Hi. Interested in this. I watched the Torklift video on it, and doesn't look too hard to install. If I have it right, there's no hardware to mount, it simply is held on between the crash bar and the frame? I'm in Canada, but could provide a shipping address in Idaho. Could you tell me what shipping would be to 83805?
