Motor Mount Problem

I have a 2015 FRS (Manual). When I shift into 1st or Reverse, and start to let out the clutch, I hear a clunk. I checked my suspension and all the bushings and other parts look fine. The lifted the front end, and the wheels do not wiggle side to side, or up or downs. However, if I put the hand brake and start to release the clutch, the motor does move, and that clunk sound returns. I suspect that I have a bad motor mount.

Has anybody else had this issue? The car only has 30k miles and HAS NOT been raced or abused.

Dealership does not want to fix this item under warrantee.

Does anybody have any advice and/or has gone through the same thing?
