So I just arrived at the Toyota dealership not to long ago, spoke to a rep and explained my issue. He seemed much more open to helping me fix this via the warranty than the guy I spoke to over the phone, saying as long as there are no dents or physical evidence that whatever is damaged was damaged on " impact " while I was driving down the highway they would take care of it.
(I must have made it seem like it was my fault over the phone or something)

They also informed me that there was an active recall for the ignition in my car so they are fixing that free of charge aswell as replacing my old fuel pump for the new post TSB one , after excessively complaining about those dreaded crickets I would hear every time Ive gone in for a service here this guy finally asked me to start the car up so he could check it out ! Voila the crickets appeared in droves just as I hoped they would ! He took some notes on that and confirmed they would swap it out before running a diagnostic for the warning lights on the dash. Will update with issue/resolution after 3pm pacific time when tech gives me a call back !
