So Im dialing the tune back a bit... Zach was thinking the current tune put me in the neighborhood of 500whp (18psi E73). The new tune will be more conservative @ 1bar of boost.
Ill be taking it back to FullBlown hopefully in the next couple weeks to get it dynoed.
I just wish I new why this happened.

You ran too hot and built too much pressure.
I am still very surprised it is the HG since none of what you described as symptoms fit the normal blown HG scenario.
How did they determine it was the HG for sure? Not being stubborn I just don't see it and would like to understand the situation better.
