You've made it really clear you haven't spoken to a lawyer, not just from the horrible paper trail you've left but the assumption this would be heard in small claims. Stop posting here and to Youtube and chat with a lawyer. If he knows anything about cars he'll tell you to grab a used trans and hang up the phone.
