I was too subtle in my original post. That disembodied FRS instrument cluster was part of the scattered debris when an FRS was going 140 and hit a light pole and split into 3 pieces.
Anyone who does this level of speed on public streets (autobahn excepted) is driving very, very irresponsibly. I don't mind social Darwinism, but you might just take out some innocent bystanders even if you
think no one else is nearby.
