Max power for $25K budget for 86?

I have a Nissan 370Z atm, that I am currently planning on doing up with a TT kit and whole list of other mods. But because I am in Australia, there is next to no high quality performance parts for it here. Most things have to be bought from the states or Japan and shipped down here which costs shit loads, plus tax, import fees etc. The bill racks up very quickly because of all that.

On the other hand, cars like the 86, EVOs, WRX etc have plenty of high performance parts that can be bought locally and hence becomes much cheaper to mod such cars here.

I am considering selling my Z and buying an 86, since there is a wealth of parts to chose from locally, it will be so much cheaper for me to tune.

My question is what would be the max power I can get at the wheels on the Toyota 86 with a $25K budget?

I have only asked 1 tuner here who has done many turbo kits on these cars, and he reckons the engine won't take anymore than 260-280 rwkw(370 whp) even with built internals.
