It's his 3rd post....
However I can sympathize that he feels that the guys at OFT feel unresponsive, especially if they aren't actively involved in the forum. In fact if someone had just stumbled onto the OFT without being on here you'd probably be really unhappy with the customer service.
As for the power chart, without a stock baseline power run it's of little use and the torque curve doens't look to bad.
