Photobucket was actually pretty good back then, it had like one ad on the page, and thats it. Other sites back then had pop-ups and intrusive ads everywhere.


Exactly photobucket was the best thing in town back in the early 2000's. When something works well there is no reason to move on. In the past few years the amount of popups have become ridiculous anyway. Almost like one of them spam sites.


PB screwed themselves as people will move on and they will lose advertising revenue from clicks. Switched to imgur a few weeks ago and like it much more.
