So I decided to have a play, I changed:
Idle stability (from MY17)
Idle ignition timing (increased a little)
Idle MAF Targets (increased a little)
Ensured idle fuel was slightly rich (negative trims)
Overrun tables (increase throttle at lower RPM to get close to Idle MAF Targets)
Best idle yet....
