Strange whine after installing transmission/other upgrades

Hey guys, got a question for you. I just finished doing a little work on my 2013 BRZ - mainly installing the Perrin shifter bushing, Whiteline gearbox positive shift kit, and MTEC shifter springs. I had to drop the front pipe to do the mods, and before putting it back on, I replaced one of the stock exhaust gaskets (FP-to-catback) with a new grimmspeed multi-layered gasket since the original had basically disintegrated into nothing. While I had the car on stands, I also checked my brake pads and replaced my brake fluid (including replacing both front bleeder valves since I mangled them trying to get them off...).

The first thing I noticed when I took it for a test drive was a whining noise that I don't remember being there before; I also thought the exhaust note sounded a bit different than I remember. I'm guessing I had a small leak due to the tattered original gasket. I'm running a JDL UEL catted header, JDL overpipe/"ultra quiet" catted frontpipe, and a perrin 3" resonated catback. My other two stock gaskets (header-to-OP, OP-to-FP) were destroyed in a similar fashion - I guess those gaskets aren't able to handle the increased emissions from higher flowing cats?

Anyhoo, I don't think there's anything wrong, but just thought I'd ask you guys to listen and see if anyone has any ideas of what changed. It's easier to hear near the end of the video as the speed increases - kind of sounds like a faint supercharger whine almost (I do not have any FI installed lol).

Thanks!
