1. IIRC, the driver of the Hellcat wasn't even trying to get a fast lap time. There are plenty of modern muscle cars that will outperform an 86 on the track these days.
2. You talk about how the torque dip doesn't matter, yet you have a supercharger installed on your car. Obviously you felt the need to spend 5k to get more power.
