We are pushing 100 here in Central Florida and I have a similar setup except for a Jackson supercharger rather than turbo. I can do a slow crawl for an hour on I4 and coolant stays 191-195 regardless. Oil temps creep up over 200 in slow traffic and back to the 190's as soon as I'm moving. I am thoroughly impressed with the FB radiator and JR oil cooler.
