When I'm at the light, it quiets down, it's only during the deacceleration portion it makes noise.

I do it when I get to work, and rev it a bit, doesn't replicate it. I can check while someone else's rev but I don't hear it. I thought that too!

It's strictly only when I'm deacceleration in neutral and the A/C is on anything besides low (2nd level or higher), and it's only 90% of the time. I couldn't replicate it today for example but happened the rest of the this week.
