After 10 pages of things to talk about, here's the summary:
- OP could not get a hold of the vendor, panicked, jumped the gun, made a big deal out of seemingly nothing, is getting a refund, and the vendor apologized to him for the mistake.
- The vendor shipped the wrong product because the label was applied to the wrong package, went on vacation, did not leave out of office/vacation notice on a non-public normal work day, and rectified the situation with the buyer without apologizing for the lack of communication (about them being out of office).
