And its not about repeating what the company said, but admitting your mistake and owing upto it. This thread would have been closed already if you would have just said how Gruppe guys owned upto there mistake and you appreciate them fixing there mistake.

See that's where me and you disagree. I didn't make a mistake! I told the truth that they didn't answer my call but later found out they were out of state on vacation. If they had left a message on their answering machine this would've never happen. Please process that will you? Geez
