Listen, Dave I'm a man who prides himself in the highest levels of customer satisfaction. I work in this area and go above and beyond for customers. If he had left a message that his whole company was on vacation I would be more understanding. I tried to contact his company 4 ways to let him know about this. I'm sure that most of you guys on here don't give a shit about service but I'm not you guys. What I can't understand is that some folks on here have said Gruppe-S is
notorious for not answering messages or phone calls yet that implies to me Gruppe-S knows that they have a customer service issue way before me. If you guys want to continue to make excuses for them be my guess.
