Last Saturday while at the J-Town Bookstore my gf gave me this odd look while standing in front of this supposedly lolita cosplay person by the counter (same color outfit as the 2nd one from the left).
I was standing far away and could only see the back and said out loud in Chinese oh this is standard JDM attire. Literally a second later I heard the sound of a dude asking the old lady cashier something in Japanese. I was like oh fuck!
