Kinda off topic. The maintenance schedule says to change the oil every 6000 miles or 6 months, whichever comes first. However, I don't drive my car anywhere near 6000 miles per 6 months. Would it be ok to wait 5000 miles or should I just follow the maintenance schedule? Many youtube videos with people showing how to change the oil say they wait 5000 miles on synthetic (ChrisFix for example) instead of waiting the 6 months.
