I was thinking more of the solid rocket boosters on the Space Shuttle.
Since you are from Russia,I just read an article from December 2016 stating 15 Russian rockets have failed in the last 6 years. Seven were tied to the Proton's Briz-M, while Soyuz stages have been failed five times.
So HKS, NASA, Russian Space Agency all have something in common! LOL
