I've been using mobile 1 for the last 67k and has served me well. Around 30k I switched from 0w20 to 0w30. I checked mobile 1 website which said this oil was okay to run in the fa20. The manual says you should choose the right oil for the conditions and it shows a scale for reference. I have not tacked the car but I will likely run 0w20 racing oil with an oil cooler since I don't think I can find mobile 1 0w30 racing oil.
I also tried calling mobile 1 customer service to talk to an engineer who can explain things very well if you want more information.
