LOL. I was thinking the same thing when I read Tcoat's post. I once had to drive a 20 ton grip and lighting truck across Manhattan and through the Lincoln Tunnel at rush hour because I was the only person on our entire crew who could drive a stick shift (they were almost all New Yorkers). Even though it was huge (to me), I wasn't entirely uncomfortable in it because the pedals felt a lot like the '59 Apache.

Neither of which would be physically possible to heel-toe. Even if your foot were big enough, the brake pedal was so much higher than the gas pedal that your ankle would have to be double jointed, and your foot would have to have a right angle bend in the arch. You would startle children and little old ladies if you walked down the street with that.
