yeah..i didnt even bother look at it. i just removed tire and inspected everything and put more preload because i thought it was preload. i drove around again and metal knocking was more noticable (because i put more preload and harder to knock it) so i was like this is not right. i checked again from top and noticed a gap.
it's weird that i never touched that bolt from out of box lol
