Yup, I told people I'm remoting into their box and start doing my thing. Then they proceed to tab to facebook and saw some pretty... interesting pictures.
One of the users actually knew what a shared mbx was and wanted us to grant another user full access and send as permissions! I was happy, 10 second phone call.
