SuperTom: if you go for maximum lightness .. also stock seats are rather heavy vs bucket seats. Some may be saved on rear LCAs such as Velox, though those are advisable mostly for camber adjustability they bring anyway. Then all that stuff including spare in trunk .. i wouldn't just remove it for emergency cases when DD, but on trackdays prior going from pits to track - why not? Then obvious sound tube delete (too little to save, but won't hurt functionality). Also lighter aftermarket exhaust. Further lightening via eg. soundproofing/trim removal imho affects NVH/DD comfort too much.
There are also bits that while can be removed with ease, but i wouldn't, eg. air drag reducing body plastic underpanels, or i'd even add weight in way of oil cooling rad/oil cans/airducts .
